So basically, even though the sale was announced as Langley paying $1, Langley essentially did an analysis that said the whole business, including the patents they took, was worth $26MM, a large part of which was debt? How do you separate out the different portions for evaluation?

Didn't I also read on this board that Management hired a patent expert to evaluate the patents they currently hold?
