Cab/Oak, I am holding strong because we have been here a long time and should see a light at some point (although I have tempered down my expectations regarding what shareholders will see because of the way this company is being managed). IMO of course this latest share grab is adding more pressure on the stock. How can it be justified for Dan to do another dillutive large share grab to give to himself and his management team when his investors that recapitalized the company have lost 1/3 of their money over the last four years? It's not right. The fact that more than 40% of our investor base voted against this latest comp amendment is very telling, especailly given most investors don't really read proxies carefully and default to management recommendations. When I read interviews that Dan gives and mentions (in a recent one) that he believes leadership is about serving others, it makes my skin crawl realizing how phony and much of a snake he is because he certainly hasn't shown to be been equitable or fair serving his investors IMO, maybe his employees in paying them extremently generously and making the company one of the "best places to work in New Jersey". What he doesn't seem to get is he has a fiduciary responsibility to his investors who are funding all the salaries and excessive bonuses, and the fact he would give himself and the executive team another large dilutive free share grant now when his investors have lost 1/3 of their money speaks volumes regarding his character and the fact that the primary recipient of his "service" is himself IMO.
