SGBY is late to the party , plain and simple . The competition has had decades to operate in the gray and black markets to build capital , create networking chains and acquire market share . It will be pretty tough for a small start up group with virtually no experience , networking or capital to walk in and take over the market . There is a ton of money in CA and if you don't have money you are not playing ball in the big leagues .
