Please explain the possible outcomes based on the three note holders. Again, I don't have your professional background. ECTE @ ~ $0.04 is not healthy situation. What investors would negotiate a deal at astronomical dilution? Will Alan let the company die? I truly don't see any fiscal alternatives.
