If management would update the O/S to a more realistic 200-250 million then yesterday's market cap would rise to $276,000-$345,000. Then this pos wouldn't appear so pathetic. Of course this would require they admit the A/S is 310 million. If they update those and not the restricted and unrestricted numbers then they could be guilty of misleading investors. As it is, the SS on their website is at odds with both OTC and their last disclosure dated 12/31/16.
