And...you're looking at the wrong RSI. Wrong settings for OTC. Sorry, not giving away my secret sauce!

Anyway, buy volume & L2 always overrides any and every technical indicator on OTC. I've spent years learning how to trade OTC, reading L2, as I've been in this for 12 years and was forced to learn. I made $25,000 in one week in March and took ICLD from .01 to .10. As well as many many others. I'm also in PGPM right now, have look ;) There's no such thing as an expert but I have gained much experience trading OTC stocks.

ok--50k bid at .13. What the heck is going on here. We don't typically see continuous buying on QSEP like this. Very out of the norm. Very strong buy volume on QSEP--going much higher imo. My .12 bid seems to be getting left in the dust.

L2 insight: only 2 MPID's below .20 and neither with a large number of shares.
