I don't think Rufus cares, imo. Think about it. Most of us investors are probably going to dump at the price reset, which would make the PPS plummet. Would Rufus really want those types of investors in this stock? If anything he would probably want them out, not in if he wanted to keep the PPS up after the price reset.
