I dont know what case you think I'm referancing, but the one I'm referring to was disclosed in the 8-K with one other non-related case(# provided last night). If you did half the DD you tell others to do, you would already know that.

The again, you proabably already do know that. IMO, you would rather twist the story to one that detracts from the main point.

To get thid discussion back on track the main point was: 7.5 Million CBQI shares will hit the Market. IMO, the share price will be affected. The questions I'm raising: When? Where? How??? If you wanna buy, this is relevant information. IF you just wanna hold your shares and watch, it could be relevant for you too. Why hold on a dip if you can sell now and double your position later?

That is the Point. Any comments?
