LOL!

I've sent an e-mail to [e-mail], just to verifiy that it's really existing. The content and subject of my e-mail "TEST". Today i got an answer:

protocol as agreed upon and as a result, it was our interpretation that they
were attempting to defraud our organization. We have repeatedly requested
explanations and clarifications to no avail. That left us no other choice
but to issue the Cease and Desist Order.
