Negative...none have been posted on any of the press releases...only the public statement that they have been signed...& Troy explaining the legal analogy to home buying contracts during the past couple of CCs. According to him...the Tier 1 Reg-A must include all relevant signed agreements...all business P&L/assets paperwork, etc. in order to comply with the conditions of the Reg-A. I'm pretty sure he stated during the last CC, he will be PRing the basic agreement terms on each of the acquisitions when the Tier 1 is filed...but, I've gotten no verification from anyone else @ the CC on that.

Can you direct me to a signed term sheet?
