How much is that in pesos?
Seriously, comparing beach restoration in one of the most expensive states in which to do development, under US environmental regs, labor, and taxation rates which boost the over-all price dramatically, to beach construction in rural Mexico ignores so many factors it's snort-worthy. Nor are the sedimentation and erosion control issues even remotely the same. Considering the scope of this project, and the context it's being built within, this is a minor expense for a major gain.
