Decorative Common shares

10K for period ending 12-31-2016

Apparently, there is a class D preferred that has 5783 votes per share, so the 161,456 shares that Robert Singerman (CEO) holds would give him 933,700,048 votes, which is larger than the 888,000,000 number of common shares.

What does this mean? It means that even if someone owned all of the common shares, they would still have no ability to control or influence the company. The CEO and other preferred share holders could vote whatever they wanted.
