Looks dead

It looks like the company is dead. They stopped filing reports in 2013. Even back then equity was more than $30 million negative, and it looked like they were about to lose the mining license they had on the mine.

Quarterly Report for period ending 12-31-2010

Cash was only $3,539 and total assets less than $400K against liabilities of over $37 million.
