I got dragged into this stock based on these false claims and others like the "china deal." How they can get away with putting out this kind of false information and not getting arrested is beyond me. How many people's money was taken on these false claims? False claims that were created to take people's money. That's the definition of fraud. I don't understand how you can get away with releasing bs information on legal documents like 8k's. It's criminal, and the sec just let's this happen? What the hell are we using our tax money to fund the SEC? For the false sense of security? What purpose does it serve besides the false feeling of having "your back." The sec is just as much as fault here as these crooks. They allow them to play these con games over and over.

I have sent numerous emails to this company's email address in the past 3 years....not one returned email from crooked nate. Is he even real? Does he exist? Did Wade just make up this "Nate" character?
