I do not honestly believe that the R/S will make the pps drop as some are stating. From now to the signature of the certification, I foresee a steady rise to who know what, but once people really study this company as some of us have been on board for many years, really has been following what they can pick up on the message boards and from the filings. The PPS isn't going to go down...even AFTER the R/S.
$USGL is not like any other OTC companies. $BLTA is a thing of the past. This is a company with new directions, new people, new talents that is moving forward. I like how LT said a few months ago, "Gone are the days of the Wild Russian Cowboy..." It's true...Igor isn't running the show...Tony is. Tony thinks like a business man, and he will treat it as a business.
If it is true that LT states that the R/S will be done at the right time and ratio, all I can hope is that right now, anybody who buys will see their money grow pretty quick, then when the R/S takes place...EVERYBODY will be in the green because it's going to continue to go up.
Here's what I just recently found out about the voting proxies...If someone has not had the chance to vote for the R/S to be NO, it will be defaulted to YES. I haven't gotten my proxy yet, so I don't know if it's true, but it should be written on the forms.
