What's on track? All Frankie's done is create a website.

After taking over the ticker with all it's fleas in 2015 he filed a 15-12g to go dark and sell a billion and a half shares since.

Take a look at the chart and tell me how anyone's benefitted from Frankie's attempt with Cathay and why anyone should expect anything different with this idea of his to create a retail MJ plaza or whatever it's supposed to be.

He can't even supply a proper business plan to show how this is supposed to work. Just a lot of razzle dazzle and a goofy simulated photo.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
