I posted earlier that I think the 3 other future acquisitions are: MLCG, ALYI, and the new company Spanish Peaks (soon to be spun off by the end of May - within the 30 day time frame given by the announcement today so that it will go Public and then immediately fall under the acquisition). I have a ton of the 4 public stocks involved and hope to have a ton of the new Spanish Peaks when they announce the dividend. I hope that we will do better than 200:1 for MLCG shares to Spanish Peaks on the dividend, and think we may see about 10:1 for PURA shares. As for ALYI share dividend from USMJ, I don't think those on their own are of much significance and will just be gravy.

I also think that ACI will not change the Public Status of the companies other than possibly merging two or more into one of the others. It would make no sense to take the whole thing private. If they were to perform some underhanded tactics and screw the shareholders, they would be inundated with lawsuits. Most, if not all, would probably fail, but it would take a lot of money and resources away from the goal of growing the conglomerate. There is enough potential for all shareholders (especially ACI) to make a ton of money when this thing comes to fruition. They will need to act as swiftly as possible while market share is the least competitive to gain.
