well cv was getting their stuff from
holland. they will soon get from Kentucky. too bad for European suppliers but it is what it is. and too bad for canada who has had a virtual monopoly on the consumer hemp industry for some time now. the party is soon over for Europe and Canada and the rise of the USA hemp industry has begun. and that is why all the European vendor goodwill was impaired and as you pointed out we also have a lawsuit from an unhappy vendor who feels cv contractually has to still buy hemp from them. i suppose a judge will sort that out but cant imagine its easy to collect on that that type of lawsuit especially when the contractual agreement was probably with a European corporation which is now dissolved [see annual report regarding that].
