Right, except that is not a TOS violation because it is about the President of the company. Discussion about the CEO, president, etc., is permissible. Discussion (or similar comments) directed toward other posters is not.
The idea being that, if someone says something bad about the company, or posts negative facts, the way for a supporter to counter it is to post other facts that show the negative ones are false. The problem is, there usually aren't any, because the negative facts are real and the positive "news" is all fluff. So, people resort to attacking the messenger, then their posts get deleted, and then they develop conspiracy theories about how ihub is really biased and helps bashers.
It's not. The difference is that "bashers" bash the company, often for very legitimate reasons. Supporters don't have the facts to counter that, so they bash the bashers, and violate TOS.
