not true at all. there are some converts to clean up here and if profits from the business aren't sufficient then selling shares will occur. it will just increase the float more. so we'll see. it's all mute really until he lays out plans. most ceo's are happy to put forth their new plans for the company. the only reason not to is if he's trying to buy shares on the open market - which would require a filing I believe.
