CEO needs to address some big concerns for this to really have a chance. Particularly, share structure. 3 billion float if you exclude his share is way too big. What are the plans going forward? What's the timetable for going current? Some very good things have happened to this ticker no doubt but things need to progress and progress has been pretty slow since he acquired his shares.
