The shareholders are going to take the hit. They can promise all kinds of stuff about timing. I'm not buying it. I am holding the stock thru the split, MAYBE, or maybe not. I may dump before the stockholders meeting if it looks like there is no news that the accounting paperwork is up to date or something of actual accomplishment. I mean really, the paperwork is pretty much all in their own hands. You can't get the paperwork done? How can I believe you can do anything else?? The RS dumped on top of no actual improvements or even just keeping up with paperwork, is a sure recipe for 98% loss for us stockholders.
