I agree the 10M vs 2M suggests a few things- debt reduction- payroll reduction and it's also notable he sold to a company outside his business sector but retained 19% ownership. Wonder if the buyer is going to pick it apart and sell it off? Certainly deflects upheaval at home in NJ that would be caused by layoffs.

I guess we wait patiently for the balance sheet and we shall see.
