SPCL Having seen 5 thousand shares trade hands a couple times today, points me in the direction of shady manipulation afoot to abide by the MMs' game plans. Interested to see Level 2 on SPCL, since I am not able to view L2 at the moment, if anyone can help.

Expecting some volatile conditions in the near future, with all the incognito accumulation, during the recent walk downs.
