I was reading the previous filing this morning with that question in mind myself. No conversions will happen before mid July in my opinion. And pps in mid June would, in part, determine the value of those shares.

My guess (that will be likely be dismissed by...you know) is progress in company will occur before that.

Historically, Nate has managed his debt well, and with lots of skin in the game all around, he will continue to carefully manage that debt.

Correct DD and recent events as they are without the cloud of misinformation, illustrates a very clear intent and action to roll out this product and grow the line. I'm not worried at all, just impatient sometimes LOL.

No one knows the time table now, as saboteurs historically have acted to disrupt. But shareholders will know after this is not going to be an issue imo.

MOST DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM, to say so is just a silly script at a company that is quiet right now.
