True. FINRA didn't tell me anything when I (a random Investor) called them yesterday. I also submitted a question via the FINRA website and they replied with their standard generic reply...

Subject: DOLV ticker change

Hello,

Dolat Ventures, Inc (OTC Pink: DOLV) was recently acquired by a China based battery manufacturer. The press release announcing this acquisition stated the following:

"Subject to FINRA approval the Company will reflect the new business combination by changing its name to JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. and seeking a new symbol."

The DOLV investor relations contact told me today that the company name change and stock ticker change request has been submitted to FINRA for approval.

As an investor in this company, my questions to you are...

1. When do you expect the company name change and ticker change will be reflected on the FINRA daily list website?

2. Does FINRA have everything they need from the company to move this change forward?
