A full year out since the May 1, 2016 PR & DNRG has misled the public. In June will be a full year on the "Debt Restructuring Plans" PR yet dilution still lingers on. What convinced MGMT that the 90 days was at all, in any way possible to meet? They knew this timeline was not achievable.
