Let's say you had 100 million shares of ACTL at .0001. That's worth $10,000. If they did a 1-100 reverse split, you'd now have 1 million shares at .01. Still worth $10,000. I'm not telling you anything you don't know here to this point.
But, imagine if your account reflected that you had 100 million shares at .01? Instead of it saying you had $10,000, it would now say you have $1,000,000. That's what happened here - they gave us the new price after the reverse split, but they didn't adjust our share count - they kept the share count the same. You can imagine what that means when it's a 1-18,000 share reverse split.
