When one can own the float of the entire SCAM for just over $5M, but have debts owed even greater, that is called insolvency. Couple that with rusted POS equipment that was never profitable and could not run except for short periods of time with pristine oil in to get oil out, it is called a train wreck!

4 years trying to sell one system to some stooge and now we are regaled with 'Robin's Consortium' as the savior? ROFL

Is it just me or does anyone else see a bunch of rotten carrots on the stick??
