Reverse split? USMJ doesn't have enough shares to accommodate the toxic notes they already have in place, so they need to keep the multiple fluff press releases coming as fast as they can.

If they don't do this stock promotion, on almost a daily basis, the share price could decline faster and even more shares are needed to be issued to get that same $1 of toxic deathspiral financing they love to dump on unsuspecting investors.
