The FDA is now stepping up the approval rate of both ANDAs and NDAs/BLAs. The ANDAs approval rate is averaging about 90 per month.

Expected New FDA Commissioner Dr.Scott Gottlieb is projected to accelerate the approval for both.

$ELTP is expected to benefit for both their waiting ANDAs and SequestOx approval.
