Percocet might make Elite CFP, but that still doesn't take away annual 20% dividend issue that dilutes the crap out of this more. One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that this gives the CEO even more ownership even before a dividend is paid in 4 year's time. He can negotiate at time of buyout that X% of dividend is owed him further diluting buyout price to common shareholders.

Since there are no bond holders preferred shareholders receive preferential treatment at buyout or liquidation.
