If, I owned that property and owed $1.9M on it and the bank said I defaulted and they were taking it back I would celebrate...
That thing is worth $250K absolute max..

Also short any bank that would put anywhere near that much loan on such property. It would take a. $1M remodel to make this worth half. At some point you have to walk away....
