'Parttimetrader' According to OTC, the float is only 6.631 million shares{as of 1/15, the OTC most recent #} which means that someone gobbled up nearly 80Million shares, because the # that I got from Scottrade is 86.3Million float. The O/S, which includes ALL Co. insiders{restricted shares} is according to OTC 124,484.5Million, yet they are not providing any net #'s as to how many are unrestricted, the 110.9Million is probably a more accurate unrestricted # as per Scottrade.
If you look @ the security notes GBLX=Null, the R/S that took place were under a different business model & name{Signature Exploration & Diabetic Treatment Centers of America} Not GBLX. After looking @ the data from OTC, it appears that they could do some updating of their own. GLTA Play it as you see it
