The best thing that ever happened was the renigg of contract by the previous letter of intent. The stock price dropped like a rock to sub-penny. That's when the buying begun... million's of shares sold for dirt cheap. MM's stymied a rebound for quite a while. I bought all the way down but not like I should. You have to keep an eye on what your investing in (do you really know what you got?), who's in control/management and what their actions/plans are to rectify the situation. EOM
