You are correct IMO that uninformed investors will assume that Syncora has trouble here.

However, Denny knows this company as well as anyone on earth, and he is right that we are over reserved for Puerto Rico.

Specifically that means that when the situation is resolved we will be adding cash to our bottom line. Sounds incorrect, but it is not. II
