Agreed Chrisre because even when the stop sign is removed, it sometimes can take an extra few days for the broker to lift restrictions unless people call and bug them to do it immediately. The price by then may be much higher, because I expect a significant run up once its removed by folks already in the game in anticipation of the newcomers.
