Most likely the market has regarded as far more important not invest now, in a withdrawal period when the possible catalyst aren't so close, rather than rely on a middle-term fair value.
Of course from $6 is easier to double or to triple that from 10 or 15, especially knowing that Svra is worth much more than 6-7
