Yeah I see what you are saying, I think the key point to take away is that there will be no more O/S increase from new notes. Maybe the increase is due to the last convertible thats due in May that we already knew about. From what multiple sourced have to me its is a small note and there should be no addition O/S increase is what I was referring to. Good catch though I was aware already of the May note which I had already previously talked to kodiac about, so in our convo I'm sure the conversation was with that already understood
