Provincial cease orders are provincial not national. That doesn't even make sense.

A specific province can't set rules that apply nation wide. Also banks set their own policies on what stocks they allow to trade. FYI, I just loaded on more mlcg today so you clearly need to double check your dd. You have a Canadian year who owns 20+ million shares of usmj and keeps loading up every day.
