So now Elite is looking at around 1,250,000,000 shares "OR MORE" that would have to be purchased IF Elite was bought out TODAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is why Jerry may have walked away, he could not do anything with the board as they had acquired too much control and now the CEO is taking full advantage of the situation ...............................
