Ernest Martel the former $ZMRK CEO, President and CFO left the company a little over a year ago. He should go to the proper regulatory agency and beg for immunity in exchange for his testimony.
Note to Mr. Martel: When the authorities sweep in and question everyone separately (even though you left a while back) they will give leniency to the one who spills the beans first. Probably Caren Currier will crack first. Do it now before she does.
