I'd have to disagree in that Colorado is the most established state.

Don't forget Washington and Oregon now just got added to AFNs jurisdiction.

Now why focus on citizen toke only when that's only one revenue stream. Wouldn't you want multiple products bringing in revs..... now citizen toke and Expo work well together as I've said before the synergy is good. If dispensaries have texting services in place then they're isn't a real need for it in Colorado but Expo could of been used there that's for damn sure.

San Diego is where it's at and where a lot of legal Mj business is about to spring up in 2018 one by one your about to see an exceptional economy being developed
