Hi TheWhaler, yes I think Chron bought the intellectual property from NAUP Energy for 165M shares if I may recall properly. Back then I asked Alex about the valuation. He said this was best for CHRON going forward as it is time consuming to build everything that is already available.
Also, since Byron Young does not have an ownership stake in NAUP, I thought the business would be done at arm's length with sufficient Governance related to the valuation of the asset acquired.
Today it seems we are purchasing NAUP Advisory & Brokerage Firm. My understanding is that this is the entire NAUP Company as a whole. Not sure how CHRON will pay them but I am assuming some combination of common shares and cash.
I am still waiting for the June 20 2017 when the Company is officially deemed as Fully reporting. That's when an Institutional buyer will invest their money in CHRON. They are restricted to invest anything due to restrictions IMO. And I think that is key here. With their money, which I expect it to be in tens of millions if not more, CHRON can fully launch their business.
What we have to understand here is that - Alex and Byron have a vision to make this the leader in this industry. And we have to know that we might not fully comprehend few of their steps. Although, it is always good to question their moves so that we can get appropriate response.
And to follow up on what they are trying to accomplish with these steps, I sent an e-mail to Mr. Alex for some clarification. Hope he responds soon. Will update you folks here once I hear from him. Mind you, they have been working on this since December 2015. And I think they will ensure that their work bears some fruit.
