If NTRP had failed miserably, NTRP would have gone below $5, and most likely they would have done a cash raise at $3/share.

So, clearly they didn't fail miserably. There is something significant in the data that NTRP just released, albeit not the statistical significance that bulls hoped for (p<.05).


Management not doing a cash raise means:

- They think the 17-week data will significant, perhaps enough to get over $12 and get some of those warrants exercised.
- They think there will be something in the full data set that is significant
- They have enough cash to get to the next meaningful data.
