I'm no lawyer, but it seems to me that PIOI will not OFFICIALLY emerge from bankruptcy until someone declares that it has. Maybe this requires another short court procedure or court document? Just me guessing here. LOL

At least now we are officially recognized by FINRA as a tradeable stock (PIOIQ).
