The CEO owns almost 23mil shares bought on the open market. Yup, same as we buy.

The CEO lent the company $250k out of HIS OWN pocket.

NO dilution. PERIOD.

Not your normal CEO who wakes up one morning and says "Guess I'll print more shares today and give myself a raise, screw the share holders". Jan already is very well off.
