Railroads will have to be heavily involved, from what I've seen living in a town with a railroad running through it carrying coal, these tracks will never carry tanker cars, IMO. However, also watching the insane railroad maintenance machinery that ran through every so often, it wouldn't be a difficult upgrade.
If he gets the railroad committed, that will be a big deal just like KPE. IMO
I have no doubt this is real but it may be longer than 2018. Longers gotta be committed. Hardest part to hold is right now IMO.
