The CEO is not causing the price to drop, it's those who like to flip and stack the ask when a run starts. There should be more news on China Telecom soon...he already signed the Nondisclosure Agreement, now in talks detailing the specifics of the agreement. That's when we'll know what kind of income for NSAV with China Telecom. Not to mention the new subsidiary which is already cash flow positive. And those are only 2 irons in the fire...should be good money in the technology end for the new growers as well. IMO
