To me it looks like the Guerreo's took over Novacab and now they are putting something new into it via their Cegency Inc. Company, at least it explains the Namechange imo.
They are both listed on the Cegency BOD too as CEO and VP as previously outlined already.

Not sure what Cegency Inc. does or did in the past but the Website is currently also under construction: http://cegeny.com/

Earlier i mentioned some Pole Trusion Co iin south America, and obviously Cegency has somebody down there too:

at least it shows some sort of connection between Novacab and Cegency already back in 2015.

and per Waybackmashine Cegency had something to do with Poles.. hence the New name...

I think we'll have to wait and see how everything fits together and what the new Company will do, but for now i think we can already see some relations between the Names, Companies etc.

Note: i never followed this Co, nor do i own any shares, i only updated the Board with the latest SOS changes.
